Damaged Item: If your package appears damaged, please inspect the contents immediately. Our blinds are designed to be durable and are carefully packaged, so they should arrive in good condition despite any damage to the box.
Incorrect Size: If the size seems incorrect, don't worry, we'll help resolve it quickly. Note that the finished size printed on the packaging label might differ slightly from the dimensions you provided. For example, wooden blinds ordered with a 'Recess' fitting will be 1cm narrower than the specified size. Measure the blind with a tape measure to confirm the actual size before contacting us.
Partial Order Received: If you ordered multiple blinds of different types, they might be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Check your email for any additional dispatch notifications. If the notification indicates that the entire order was shipped together, please open the parcels you have received, as multiple blinds are often packed into a single box.

We use a next day delivery service facilitated by DX. For all of our shutter blinds however, we have our own employed courier who will deliver these direct to you at a convenient time for yourself. We do this to help prevent delivery damage on your new shutters.
We offer a very useful fitting guide. Please ensure to read the fitting guide carefully to ensure you understand how to fit your blinds or shutter blinds properly. However, if you are required a little additional guidance do not hesitiate to give us a call or send us an email with some pictures to help us assist you.
Contact our team so we can investigate why the product is manufactured at the wrong size, please be mindful that if you have measured wrong, we will be unable to replace the product due to being manufactured to the specification provided. We always recommend to measure twice so we can cut once.
