Refunds and Returns Policy

At UK Bespoke Shutter Company Ltd, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services to our valued customers. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product or request a refund. Please review the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds and returns.

1. Returns of Standard Items:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a standard product (i.e., not made to measure), you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Returns of Made to Measure Items:
- Please note that made to measure items are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all measurements provided are accurate. UK Bespoke Shutter Company Ltd cannot be held liable for errors made by the customer in providing measurements.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or repair.

3. Cancellation of Orders:
- Orders for made to measure items cannot be canceled once production has commenced. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
- If production has not commenced we will be able to cancel and refund your order. 

4. Refunds:
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 - 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Exchanges:
- Exchanges for standard items may be made within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for any price difference between the exchanged items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
- We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process a replacement or refund.
